Pick a BungeeCord plan and, in the same location, one Minecraft Java server per world.
Under servers, fill in the address and port of each Java server, and set where players land under priorities.
On every server, set online-mode=false in server.properties and bungeecord: true in spigot.yml.
Install BungeeGuard on the proxy and on every server. Then share only the address of your proxy.

The servers behind a proxy run with online mode off, because the proxy checks who logs in. Anyone who knows the address of such a server can skip the proxy and pretend to be another player. BungeeGuard puts a secret key between proxy and servers, so only traffic through your proxy gets in. The details are in Secure your Minecraft network.
