How do you pick a location?

  1. Step 1: Where are your players?

    Go for the location closest to most of your players. Less distance usually means a lower ping.

  2. Step 2: Which line do you want?

    Not every line runs everywhere. Above you can see whether a location has Standard, Premium or both.

  3. Step 3: Choose when you order

    You pick the location on the order page. Within it, our system puts your server on one of our machines.

Frequently asked questions

Which location has the lowest ping?

Usually the one closest to your players. We deliberately do not list ping times: they also depend on your own internet connection and that of your friends.

Can I choose a specific country or data centre?

Not within a location. If you pick Europe, your server lands in one of the countries listed for your line. If it has to be the Netherlands, a dedicated server is the way to go: we only deliver those in the Netherlands.

Can players from different continents join one server?

Yes, anyone can connect from anywhere. Players far away from the server will notice more delay, so pick the location that is closest for most of them.
