Specifications and locations
Which hardware your server runs on and in which countries, per line and per location. It all comes from the same catalogue as our prices.
Two lines: Standard and Premium
Every game server comes in two lines with the same features. Premium runs on the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (Zen 4) and Ryzen 9 9950X (Zen 5), processors with 16 cores and high single-core performance. Standard runs on solid, slightly older hardware at a sharp price. With the same memory, a Premium plan gets more CPU threads and usually more storage. DDoS protection differs too: Premium comes with DDoS protection through Cloudflare Magic Transit, Standard with standard DDoS protection from the data centre.

Locations, processors and DDoS protection
When you order, choose the location closest to your players; a shorter distance usually means a lower ping. Within a location you don’t choose the country or the machine yourself: your server is placed on one of our servers in that location. For Premium in Europe that is a Ryzen 9 7950X in the Netherlands or a Ryzen 9 9950X in France.

Discord bots, web hosting and other services
Discord bots run on an efficient ARM server in the United States. We set up web hosting and reseller hosting by hand; for those services we don’t list a location here yet. Web hosting comes with DDoS protection through RoyaleHosting, with more than 6 Tbps of capacity. Our VPS plans are temporarily sold out.

Why is Premium faster?
Many games, Minecraft first among them, do most of their work on a single processor core. Then what counts most is how fast that one core is. The Ryzen 9 7950X and 9950X are newer generations (Zen 4 and Zen 5) than the Standard hardware, with clearly higher single-core performance. On top of that, a Premium plan gets more CPU threads, so games that do use several cores have more room too.
We have not benchmarked the lines ourselves, so we don’t quote percentages. For a small group of friends, Standard is often enough; with many players, big worlds or heavy mods you notice the difference first.
What does the number of CPU threads mean?
Our plans list how many CPU threads your server may use. One thread equals 100% in the game panel, so a plan with 2 CPU threads may use up to 200%.
It is a maximum, not a reserved core: your server shares a physical machine with other servers, and the limit makes sure everyone keeps enough computing power.
Memory, storage and backups
The memory (RAM) in your plan is the amount of memory your server may use. Storage is the space for your world, plugins and mods. How much of each comes with every plan, and how many backups you can keep in the game panel, is on your game’s page.
Catalogue as of 8 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Which country is my server in?
You choose that when you order. Standard runs in Europe (Netherlands, Germany or France), Canada or Singapore. Premium runs in Europe (Netherlands or France) or the United States (San Jose, California). Within Europe, our system assigns the server to one of the countries in that location.
Which processor do I get with Premium?
The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X or 9950X, our fastest processors. They run in Europe (Netherlands or France) or the United States (San Jose, California).
Which processor do I get with Standard?
Standard runs on solid hardware at a sharp price. We don’t name a processor model there, because it differs per location and per machine. If you want to be sure you get our fastest processors, choose Premium.
How am I protected against DDoS attacks?
That depends on the line. Premium game servers come with DDoS protection through Cloudflare Magic Transit. Standard game servers have standard DDoS protection from the data centre. Web hosting comes with DDoS protection through RoyaleHosting, with more than 6 Tbps of capacity. You don’t need to set anything up yourself.
Can I change location later?
Get in touch if you want to move to another location, and we will work out the easiest way to move your server. Switching between Standard and Premium is a new order, because they run on different servers.
Where do Discord bots run?
On our ARM server in the United States. For a bot the location hardly matters: it talks to Discord’s servers, not directly to your players.
