Can’t reach your server?

  1. Step 1: Check the game panel

    Is your server switched off or does it keep restarting? The console usually shows why.

  2. Step 2: Check the address

    Use the address and port from the game panel. After a move or change, the address may be different.

  3. Step 3: Open a ticket

    If you can’t work it out, open a ticket with your server address and the error message.
